Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Golcar is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Golcar and across the UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK medicines legislation.
You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. By completing a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Our services are available to UK residents only.
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services to any individual where it is clinically inappropriate or where we have reason to believe information provided is false or misleading. Weight loss medications will only be prescribed where clinically suitable, based on your BMI, medical history, and other relevant health factors.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment completed through our online consultation process. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribing clinician and pharmacist. We cannot guarantee that a prescription will be issued following a consultation.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the period stated on the prescription. It is your responsibility to ensure your medical information remains current. You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Prescription medicines supplied by us must only be used by the patient named on the prescription and strictly in accordance with the prescriber's instructions.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. A prescription fee and/or consultation fee may apply and will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
We do not store full card details on our systems. Payment processing is handled by a compliant third-party payment provider.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Orders approved after the daily dispatch cut-off will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery is to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery address is provided. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been approved for dispensing, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes prescription medicines from standard cancellation rights.
If your goods arrive damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or NHS care. The information and treatments provided are intended to complement, not substitute, professional medical advice. Always inform your regular healthcare provider of any medications you are taking.
In the event of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the provision of our pharmacy and clinical services. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
